Sandpoint Premier Direct Primary Care has established a straight-forward, tiered payment solution for our patients to receive high-quality healthcare at affordable prices. A detailed list of membership fees and services are included HERE.

SINGLE MEMBERSHIPS

$60/month* Children (age 0-17)

$100/month Adults (Age 18+)

$1/month Age >100+ — You’ve earned it!

FAMILY MEMBERSHIPS

$250/month for two adults and two children age 0-17

(Additional children $25/month if part of a Family Membership with greater than 4 members)

*wHEN child is not ENROLLED WITH AN ADULT, $40/mo when enrolled with an adult

Included Member Services:

• Acute and non-acute office visits

• Routine physicals (Sports, Driving, School, Wellness Exam)

• Well child care

• Well woman Care / Pap smear exam*

• Blood pressure monitoring

• Electrocardiogram (EKG)

• Diabetic monitoring

• Peak flow testing

• Breathing treatments (nebulizer or inhaler with spacer)

• IUD removal

• Urinalysis

• Removal of benign skin lesions/lipoma/warts*

• Simple aspiration/injection of joint*

• Cryotherapy

• Removal of cerumen (ear wax)

• Toenail removal

• Skin biopsy*

• Laceration repair (sutures) and wound care

• Abscess I&D

• Basic vision screens

• Venipuncture (blood draw)*
